Refund policy

 

We're sorry, but Voodoo Catbox cannot give cash refunds. If you are not happy with the poster when it arrives, ship it back to us for a credit toward another poster of your choice (must be the same value, and returned to us in perfect condition - offer does not include shipping.) BUYER FRAUD may exclude you from ANY refund & result in permanent BAN. 

Most SALES are FINAL- cancellations may be honored ONLY when a poster has not shipped, at our discretion. We are not required to refund or cancel requests due to you 'no longer wanting the poster' our limited inventory is run by a small business- we do NOT have staff to deal with buyer shenanigans.

You will be charged shipping & any cost above the original purchase price for any exchange of posters returned to us in MINT condition- prior to sending a replacement.
